JOB: CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on ensuring the delivery of team training and professional development events to clients in line with their specific needs and agreement, to ensure the retention and growth of your assigned client portfolio.

JOB:  EVENTS & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Events & Marketing Executive to join the Smarter Selling team!  We’re looking for someone who will get excited about creating an outstanding customer experience across all touch points.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE!

Based in our head office in Petersham, you will be working closely with the Director and Lead Trainer to help administer, coordinate and execute workshops and events, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Event Duties (70%)

  • Operations & Event Coordination: Workshop coordination, engaging with venues, preparing the programs, being on site (at the events) and engaging with clients (including travel if you are able)
  • Processing workshop bookings, onboarding clients with training and sales support
  • CRM and database management – generating reports and providing insights on customers and products

Marketing (30%) (if this is new to you then all can be learnt on the job)

  • Executing a planned marketing initiative. You will learn how to plan & develop and executing outbound marketing campaigns (full guidance and training given)
  • Creating marketing collateral such as website pages, brochures, workshop material (liaising with our graphic designer & marketing strategist)
  • Maintaining the company website by updating and/or uploading case studies, articles and blogs
  • Managing social media channels, creating compelling content that adds value to our community
  • Set-up, management and optimisation of email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
