When we are looking for new team members we look for people that really love sales and love helping customers.

Our top 5 questions for candidates:

1. How do you handle problems with customers? Give an example.

2. How have you adjusted your style when it became clear to you that your client’s objectives were not being met?

3. What do you do when you are faced with an obstacle to an important project? Give an example.

4. Give an example of a time when you made a mistake because you did not listen effectively and how you addressed the mistake.

5. Describe a time when you were able to convince a sceptical or resistant customer to buy from you.

Ask, let them take their time answering. You are looking for honesty, the ability to self reflect and take personal accountability.
