In the interview – ask them to provide examples of when they have:

• Gone out of their way to help find the solutions their customers need?
• Had to adapt and use their emotional intelligence to solve a challenge
• Used self-reflection techniques to evaluate an outcome to seek better ones for the future?
• Demonstrated a commercial mindset and taken personal accountability for their targets?
• Looked for new opportunities and the outcomes?
• Used an arsenal of insightful questions to create the perfect solution for a client?

These examples will give you insights into their skill set, mindset, behaviour and attitude.
